Terms and Conditions for “Danny Care signed shirt (x4) giveaway”
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the Danny Care shirt giveaway. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Giveaway is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Henley Shipping and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the Giveaway, participants must like the giveaway post on one of Henley shipping’s official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn) and comment with the number of England caps Danny care won.
3.2 Participants can enter the Giveaway from 27th September 2024 to 3rd October 2024.
4. Prize
4.1 The prize for the Giveaway is a signed Harlequins shirt by Danny Care.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
5.2 The draw will take place on 4th October 2024 and the winner will be notified via message.
6. Claiming the Prize
6.1 The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this time, a new winner may be selected.
6.2 The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and address.
7. Publicity
7.1 By entering the Giveaway, you agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the Giveaway, including the use of your name and likeness in promotional materials.
